Welcome to Job Trends India, a job board run and managed by SHRAWAN KUMAR UPADHYAY HUF ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We manage and operate the website and application located at www.jobtrendsindia.com ("the Site"), along with any associated products and services that are governed by these terms of service ("Legal Terms"). Collectively, these are referred to as the "Services."

These Legal Terms form a binding agreement between you — either as an individual or on behalf of an entity ("you") — and Job Trends India, regarding your use of the Services. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE LEGAL TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE LEGAL TERMS IN FULL, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES AND SHOULD EXIT IMMEDIATELY.

We will notify you in advance of any planned changes to the Services. Changes to the Legal Terms will take effect immediately upon their publication or as communicated through an email notification to support@jobtrendsindia.com, as outlined in the notification. Your continued use of the Services after such changes have taken effect confirms your agreement to adhere to the revised terms.

Platform Role & User Responsibility

Job Trends India is a platform that connects job seekers, employers, and independent consulting experts. We are not a party to, and do not participate in, the employment relationship, hiring decision, consulting engagement, or any transaction that results from your use of the Services. You are solely and directly responsible for your own conduct, the content you post, the accuracy of the information you provide, and any interactions, agreements, or disputes you enter into with other users of the Services (whether job seekers, employers, or Encore Experts). We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any user, job posting, application, review, consulting engagement, or piece of content, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any user.

A. User Representations

The user undertakes to use the Job Trends India platform for their own purposes. Using content from the Job Trends India platform for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Users undertake that the services offered by the Job Trends India platform shall not be utilized to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available, either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail. Job Trends India reserves the right to filter, monitor, and block emails sent by users using the servers maintained by Job Trends India to relay emails. All attempts shall be made by Job Trends India and the user to abide by international best practices in containing and eliminating spam.

The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

The user expressly states that the job profile, resume, or any information or data being fed into the Job Trends India network by the user is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent, or misleading facts or averments. Job Trends India expressly disclaims any liability arising out of resume/information/data so fed into its network by the user. Further, the user agrees to indemnify Job Trends India for all losses incurred due to any false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by the user on the Job Trends India network.

B. Use to Be in Conformity with the Purpose

The Job Trends India platform (and related products) or any service or product that is subscribed to or used (whether paid for or not) is meant for the exclusive use of the subscriber/registered user for the intended purpose. Copying, downloading, recreating, or sharing passwords, or sub-licensing or sharing in any manner not in accordance with these terms, is a misuse of the platform, and Job Trends India reserves the right to act as necessary to protect its revenue, reputation, or claim damages — including stopping your service or access and reporting to relevant authorities. If you are found to be copying, misusing, transmitting, or crawling any data, photographs, graphics, or other information available on the platform for any purpose other than a bona fide purpose, we reserve the right to take action we deem fit, including stopping access and claiming damages.

The Site is a public site with free access, and Job Trends India assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. Job Trends India cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive based on information they have displayed on the Site. Any individual or company must conduct their own background checks on the bona fide nature of all responses.

You give us permission to use information about actions you have taken on the Job Trends India platform in connection with ads, offers, and other content (whether sponsored or not) that we display across our services, without any compensation to you. We use data and information about you to make relevant suggestions and recommendations to you and others.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites and apps. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you, and their presence should not, under any circumstances, be considered an endorsement of their contents. If you choose to access these websites or apps, you do so at your own risk.

While using this platform, you are obligated to provide only true and correct information and, when creating a profile, to keep that information up to date at all times. Job Trends India will not be liable for any inaccuracy of information on the Site. It is the responsibility of the visitor to further research information on the Site. Any breach of privacy of information provided by a user to be placed on the Site, whether by technical or any other means, is not the responsibility of Job Trends India. Job Trends India does not guarantee confidentiality of information provided to it by anyone acquiring or using any information displayed on the Job Trends India platform or any of its other websites, apps, or domains.

Job Trends India does not share personally identifiable data of any individual with other companies or entities without obtaining permission, except with those acting as our agents. Job Trends India shall share information in its possession in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena. The user shall not utilize the services offered by the platform in any manner that would impair the interests and functioning of Job Trends India.

The user undertakes not to duplicate, download, publish, modify, or distribute material on the Job Trends India platform unless specifically authorized by Job Trends India in that regard.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and user identification, and for all activities and transmissions performed through their account. The user shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or offline transaction involving credit cards, debit cards, or other instruments, and Job Trends India assumes no responsibility or liability for improper use of such payment information by the subscriber.

The user/subscriber/visitor to the Job Trends India platform and/or its affiliated websites and apps hereby specifically agrees that they shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000, as well as rules, regulations, guidelines, bye-laws, and notifications made thereunder, while accessing or feeding any resume, information, or data into the computers, computer systems, or computer network of Job Trends India. The user further unequivocally declares that in case of any violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, bye-laws, and notifications made thereunder, they alone shall be responsible for all their acts, deeds, and things, and shall alone be liable for civil and criminal liability under that Act or any other applicable law.

The user is solely responsible for obtaining, at their own cost, all licenses, permits, consents, approvals, and intellectual property or other rights as may be required for using the Service.

C. Recruiter Terms

By accessing the features provided to recruiters, including but not limited to viewing candidate profiles, posting jobs, downloading resumes, bulk downloading resumes, and downloading candidate data in CSV format, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Job Trends India recruiter profile may be updated or edited by the user alone. The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  2. Job Trends India reserves the right to reject and delete any profile or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
  3. Job Trends India shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the user, and it shall be the sole responsibility of the user to check, authenticate, and verify the information/response received at their own cost and expense.
  4. The user represents that they are not a minor and are not under any legal or other disability which limits their ability to comply with these Terms or to install and use the services subscribed and purchased with minimal risk of harm to themselves or others.
  5. All changes/modifications made by the user to data/information shall be effected and will come into operation only after 24–48 hours of such changes/modifications being made.
  6. On registration you agree that: (a) your profile is made available for display in the public domain; (b) when you post a job on the platform or trigger an email to a job seeker, a snapshot of your public profile may automatically be inserted into the posting/email; (c) you have the requisite authority to upload the job listings posted through your profile; (d) you have the option to control the visibility of your profile via your profile settings and may make it visible or invisible to job seekers at any time; (e) if visible, other users will have access to your public profile fields; and (f) you may disable this visibility at any time in your account settings.
  7. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations: recruiters must comply with all local, state, and central laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment, employment, and data privacy, and are solely responsible for ensuring that their usage of the provided features is in accordance with applicable law.
  8. Account security: recruiters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials, must not share their credentials with unauthorized individuals, and are liable for any activities conducted through their account.
  9. Job posting: recruiters can utilize the feature to post job vacancies at their organization. Job postings must be accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Recruiters must not post misleading, discriminatory, inappropriate, or offensive job listings.
  10. Candidate profile viewing: recruiters may use the feature to view candidate profiles solely for the purpose of evaluating their suitability for posted job positions, and must not misuse candidate profile information for any other purpose.
  11. Resume download: recruiters may download resumes of candidates who have applied to their vacancies, and downloaded resumes must be used solely for recruitment and employment purposes. Recruiters must not disclose or share downloaded resumes with unauthorized parties. Bulk downloads must follow all data protection rules, and resumes must not be downloaded with the intention of sharing them with another person, business, or company for any reason. Sharing a candidate's CV with anybody outside the scope of this agreement is a breach of these conditions and the recruiter may be held liable to compensate Job Trends India for doing so.
  12. Candidate data download in CSV format: recruiters may download candidate data in CSV format for recruitment and analytical purposes. Downloaded data must be handled with care and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, and must not be used for unauthorized purposes or shared with unauthorized individuals.
  13. Disclaimer of liability: the platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any candidate profiles, job postings, resumes, or candidate data. Recruiters use the provided features at their own risk, and Job Trends India will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred.

By accessing the provided features, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the features.

Data Protection Terms for Recruiters

Additional terms applicable to recruiters ("you") accessing any portion of the Job Trends India website and app:

  • You will comply with all applicable data protection laws in relation to the processing of personal data, and will not process personal data in an unlawful manner or excessively with regard to agreed purposes as defined in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
  • You shall implement adequate technical and organizational controls to protect shared personal data obtained from the Company against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure.
  • The onus of any misuse of personal details accessed through your account lies on you. Access to services subscribed by you may be extended only to authorized personnel bound by employment and confidentiality agreements.
  • You agree to provide reasonable assistance necessary to facilitate the handling of any data security breach in an expeditious and compliant manner.
  • You agree that responsibility for complying with a data subject/data principal request lies with the party which holds or processes the personal data collected/shared.
  • You warrant that you shall not disclose or transfer personal data obtained from the Company to any sub-processors without ensuring adequate and equivalent safeguards.
  • You shall retain or process shared personal data for no longer than necessary to carry out the agreed purposes.
  • You shall act as an independent data controller in respect of shared personal data once collected, and shall be responsible for its secure use at all times.
  • You should maintain control over the devices used to access Job Trends India and not reveal your password or other confidential account details to anyone.
  • When you use a device to access the platform, Job Trends India may collect technical or related information from the device as well as device location.
  • Job Trends India may place restrictions on your account, including disabling access, if suspicious activity is noted.

D. Candidate Terms

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your resume and applying to jobs on our platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. By submitting your resume and applying to jobs on our portal, you consent to the sharing of your resume and application materials with potential employers/recruiters.
  2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your resume and application materials.
  3. You understand that the final decision to hire or consider your application rests solely with the potential employer/recruiter and we have no control over their selection process.
  4. You acknowledge that we do not endorse any potential employer/recruiter or their job postings, and we do not guarantee employment or job offers.
  5. Sharing of resumes with recruiters: by submitting your resume, you acknowledge that we may share it with relevant recruiters without obtaining separate consent if your resume matches the job profile. We will take reasonable efforts to share your resume only with recruiters who have a legitimate interest in assessing your application, and we do not assume liability for the actions, decisions, or treatment by recruiters to whom we share your resume.
  6. Data security: we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information and take reasonable precautions to protect information you submit. Any third-party links or sites you access through our platform have their own data security structure, and we have no responsibility over information you provide directly or indirectly on their application/website/app. By submitting your resume and application materials, you agree to our collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.
  7. No liability clause: we provide the job portal as a platform for job seekers to connect with potential employers/recruiters. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of job postings or the outcome of any job application made through our portal, and shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use of our services or any interactions with potential employers/recruiters.
  8. No guarantee clause: we do not guarantee that you will receive job offers, interviews, or any other favorable outcomes from using our portal, nor the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of job postings or the suitability of any job for you. We reserve the right to update or remove any job postings or candidate profiles without notice.

Please note that by using our job portal, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we request you to refrain from using our services.

E. Prohibited Activities

The user represents, warrants, and covenants that their use of the Job Trends India platform shall not be done in a manner so as to:

  1. Access the platform for purposes of extracting content to be used for training a machine learning or AI model, without express prior written permission.
  2. Violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national, or international law, statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation.
  3. Interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the Job Trends India platform.
  4. Impersonate any other person or entity, or make any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any other person or entity.
  5. Forge headers or in any manner manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any user information.
  6. Interfere with or disrupt the use of the platform by any other user, nor stalk, threaten, or in any manner harass another user.
  7. Use the platform to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems of others.
  8. Reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes the platform, or any component thereof.
  9. Use content from the Site for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent of Job Trends India.
  10. Use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform.
  11. Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the platform infrastructure.
  12. Spam the platform by indiscriminately and repeatedly posting content or forwarding mail that may be considered spam.
  13. Access data not intended for you, or log into a server or account you are not authorized to access.
  14. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Site or any related technology.
  15. Engage in framing, mirroring, or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Site.
  16. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network.
  17. Use automated means to crawl and/or scrape content from the platform, or manually scrape content from it.
  18. Circumvent technological means used by the Site to exclude robots and other automated tools from crawling and scraping content.
  19. Access the Site except through the interfaces expressly provided by Job Trends India.
  20. Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
  21. Provide deep links into the platform without prior written permission, or extract data using any automated process (spiders, crawlers, etc.) or manual process not authorized in writing.
  22. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail.
  23. Sub-license, assign, or transfer your license to use the Services; any such attempt is void.
  24. Host, modify, upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information for which you do not have all necessary rights and licenses; which infringes any third-party right (copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, or other proprietary right); which contains a computer virus or other harmful code; which is grossly harmful, harassing, invasive of privacy, hateful, or unlawful in any manner; which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence; which deceives or misleads as to its origin, or is grossly offensive or menacing; that belongs to another person to which you have no right; that harms minors in any way; or that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, or friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.

F. Career Adda — Terms of Use

"Career Adda" is our community question-and-answer feature, where job seekers, employers, and Encore Experts can ask career-related questions, post answers, follow other users, and comment on answers. Job Trends India is a platform host for this content only — we do not author, verify, or endorse questions, answers, or comments posted by users. By using Career Adda, you agree to the following, in addition to the general Terms above:

  • You are solely responsible for any question, answer, or comment you post, including its accuracy and any consequences of acting on advice found there.
  • Career advice shared by other users, including Encore Experts, is offered in a personal capacity and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or employment advice from Job Trends India.
  • Content must not be defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise in violation of the Prohibited Activities section above.
  • We provide a "Report" function on questions, answers, and comments, and reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • Voting (like/dislike) and follow counts reflect user activity and are not a professional certification or endorsement of any individual's advice.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on content posted by other users in Career Adda.

G. Encore Experts — Terms of Use

"Encore Experts" is a directory and engagement feature that lets experienced professionals ("Experts") list themselves as available for fractional, advisory, interim, or project-based consulting work, and lets companies discover them and request engagements. Companies must hold an active Encore Access pass to contact Experts. In addition to the general Terms above:

  • Experts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing (experience, domains, rates, availability, impact stories) and for the professional services they agree to deliver.
  • Companies are solely responsible for evaluating an Expert's suitability before entering into any engagement.
  • Job Trends India does not guarantee that any engagement request will result in paid work, and reserves the right to remove any Expert listing or suspend engagement-request access at our discretion, including for inaccurate listings or violations of these Terms.
  • Consulting reviews left by companies after a completed engagement must reflect a genuine engagement and are subject to the same moderation standards as company reviews elsewhere on the platform.

Contract funding and payout (staffing arrangement)

When an Expert accepts an engagement with an agreed contract value, the company funds that engagement by paying the full contract value to Job Trends India through the platform. Job Trends India retains a platform margin (currently 15%, and any applicable taxes on that margin) and pays the remaining amount to the Expert. For engagements funded this way:

  • Job Trends India acts solely as a payment intermediary and introducer for the funded amount — collecting payment from the company and disbursing it to the Expert. This does not make Job Trends India the Expert's employer, principal, or supervisor, and does not make the Expert an employee, agent, or representative of Job Trends India or of the company. The Expert remains an independent contractor at all times, controlling the manner, means, and methods of their own work.
  • Job Trends India does not direct, supervise, manage, or take responsibility for the performance, quality, timeliness, legality, or outcome of the consulting work itself — that responsibility rests with the Expert, and evaluating and accepting that work rests with the company.
  • The company is solely responsible for any tax withholding, GST, contractual, or other compliance obligations that apply to its own payment to Job Trends India, independent of how Job Trends India in turn compensates the Expert.
  • Payout to the Expert is processed after the engagement is funded; the timing and method of payout (including any amounts withheld for tax or other statutory purposes) may be updated by Job Trends India from time to time and will be reflected in the Expert's engagement records.
  • For any engagement not funded through this flow — including any work arranged, negotiated, or paid for outside the platform — Job Trends India is not a party to, and does not process payment for, that arrangement, and is not liable for any dispute, non-payment, or breach of contract between an Expert and a company arising from it.

Logo Usage

  1. You acknowledge that all content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the platform are owned by Job Trends India.
  2. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
  3. You must comply with the following when using a Job Trends India logo: it may only be used in marketing or publicity materials for the benefit of Job Trends India with our permission; it may not be used in any confusing or vague way; it may not be used to suggest affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement unless such a relationship exists; it may not be used to mischaracterize any relationship between you and Job Trends India; and it may not be used to advertise Job Trends India or its businesses as clients/partners without our written permission. Logos may not be modified, rescaled, skewed, rotated, recolored (other than solid black or reversed white), screened below 100%, shrunk below 1″ in height, combined with other design elements, or placed over an image, pattern, or artistic effect.
  4. No logo may be used or displayed in any manner that discredits Job Trends India or tarnishes its reputation; infringes, dilutes, or impairs our rights in the logo; is false or misleading; is used in connection with pornography, illegal activity, or objectionable material; violates the intellectual property rights of others; violates any law or public policy; or forms part of the name of a product or service of a company other than Job Trends India.
  5. Written materials must indicate that logos used are owned by Job Trends India or its affiliates. All goodwill generated by use of any logo inures to the benefit of Job Trends India, and you may not assert rights to any logo by trademark registration, domain name registration, or otherwise. You must, upon request, provide samples of materials using the logo and make any changes we request.

Resume Making & Other Career Support Services

These additional terms apply if and when you separately purchase a Career Support Services package (custom resume writing, cover letter, LinkedIn profile writing, or interview training) from Job Trends India, in addition to the general Terms above. This Agreement is effective from the date of your order placement. All Career Support Services on jobtrendsindia.com are billed and paid for exclusively through our designated online payment gateway; we do not accept direct bank transfers for these services.

Delivery

Unless special arrangements are made, the turnaround time for the initial resume draft of each package is four (4) business days. Turnaround time starts upon receipt of the completed questionnaire and/or other required information, not on the date of sign-up. We will send you an acknowledgment form, along with final copies of your resume and package inclusions, upon your agreement to finalize the project.

Expiration and Reactivation

All unstarted and unfinished projects for all services mentioned on our website expire six (6) months from the date of sign-up. For unstarted projects, if reactivation is requested after the expiration date, you must pay a fee of INR 700, which signifies the start of the project. For unfinished projects, if reactivation is requested after the expiration date, you must pay a fee of INR 700, which signifies the continuation of the project. You may continue the process within three (3) months from the date of reactivation, regardless of the package purchased. If a project has already expired for two (2) years or more, you should purchase a new package, as the content and format of the previous resume may be obsolete.

Revision

We offer an unlimited number of revisions to unfinished projects within the prescribed period for the particular package ordered, until you fully approve a resume copy. For all resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn-profile writing packages, the prescribed period is one (1) month from the date of sign-up. Revision refers to modification of resume content targeted to the objective mentioned in your questionnaire; changing the objective during revision is not allowed and requires purchasing an additional resume for the new target job. Revision turnaround time depends on your responsiveness and writer availability (Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Resume Update

We only offer free resume updates to finalized projects within the prescribed period for the particular package ordered — one (1) month from the date of sign-up for resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn-profile writing packages. A resume update refers to a minor change, addition, or removal of content, such as contact information, address, or latest job position and responsibilities. A fee of INR 700 applies if the project has already expired; the update is valid for three (3) months after payment of that fee. If a project has already expired for two (2) years or more, you should purchase a new package.

Payment Terms

You shall pay in full the price of the package predetermined with us, with no additional sums, amounts, or charges upon sign-up, through our designated online payment gateway. A billing address will be requested for this purpose, and a receipt will be sent to you via e-mail. All prices are presented and payable in Indian Rupees, regardless of your location. No portion of the payment made is refundable except as set out in the Refund section below, or for cause validated by us. If total payments made exceed the amount actually due, or if recovery is otherwise justified, you shall reimburse the appropriate amount on receipt of a debit note, within the time limits we set. In the event of failure to pay by the specified deadline, the sum due shall bear interest at 24% per annum from the day following the due date until the debt is repaid in full, and we may recover amounts due by offsetting against any fixed and certain claim you may have against us.

F. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Without limiting any other provision of these Legal Terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the Services, or delete your account and any content or information you posted, at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action where required, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

G. Service and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services. We may also modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice, to the extent allowed under the law. We don't promise to store or keep showing any information and content that you've posted. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain, or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in our Privacy Policy.

H. Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Job Trends India and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.

I. Dispute Resolution

You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to these Legal Terms or the legal relationship established by these Legal Terms to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. Job Trends India shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Legal Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the state of your principal place of business.
