The usage of our site is bound by a set of terms and conditions that job seekers must agree to and adhere to. ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. This is a legally binding agreement. One of the primary objectives of this Privacy Policy is to discourage and prevent misuse and fraud.

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of all its clients. All information received from or provided by clients is strictly for the use of the Company and will not be shared with any third party except as described in this policy. Career Support Services

These sections apply if and when you separately purchase a Career Support Services package (resume writing, cover letter, LinkedIn profile writing, or interview training) from Job Trends India.

Services

The Company shall use standard American English in all its resume writing services. Client hereby agrees that the Company will render the following services: writing of the initial resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn draft; revision of the initial draft, if any, until the Client fully approves the copy; and preparation of the final resume copy and other package inclusions following approval of the initial draft.

Refund

The Company shall not honor any refund request made over a phone conversation; the Client shall inform the Company of such a request in writing. The Company grants a full refund for orders cancelled within 24 hours of signing up. After the 24-hour period, the project is considered commenced and assigned to a resume writer. If the Client cancels the project after the 24-hour period, the Client shall receive only 90% of the amount paid, with 10% serving as an administrative fee. If the Client cancels following the sending of the initial resume draft, the Company shall refund only 75% of the amount paid. The Client shall receive no refund if an initial draft was sent and one to two complete revisions were made before cancellation. If the Client paid for an express service, the fee shall not be refunded once the service is delivered on or before the due date, and express service fees are otherwise non-refundable. If a refund is requested after the resume has already been revised more than four (4) times, the request will not be granted, as the Company assumes the Client is satisfied with the resume copy and intends to proceed with finalization. Any refund shall not apply if the Client approved the resume draft in writing with a resume writer or the Company's support team, the project was terminated for reasons unrelated to the Company's services, or the Company does not hear from the Client for more than one (1) month.

Payment

You agree to honor your payment obligations and consent to us storing your basic payment information (name, address, payment mode, date of order, IP address, etc.). Fees and taxes may be added to our prices. If you purchase any of our paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or price differences based on location. We do not store your billing information (such as credit card details or banking passwords). All payments for Career Support Services are made exclusively through our designated online payment gateway.

Job Guarantee

Job Trends India does not post job offers and does not send emails to collect personal information and/or money in promise of any job. Our Career Support Services are well defined and restricted to resume development, resume consultancy, and, in some cases, interview training. We do not promise any jobs or interview calls to the end user after taking our services. Our services are best-effort and best-in-class, but the end user should understand that there is a large skilled population and a comparatively smaller number of qualified openings in the market, and hence guaranteeing a job is not possible. We want job seekers to be extremely vigilant regarding any false promise made by anyone pretending to be us — if you observe any such attempt, please notify us immediately. Our resume writers will contact you for matters related to your resume only. If anyone seeks non-work-related information, such as credit card numbers or bank information, over phone or email, do not respond to such requests — contact us at support@jobtrendsindia.com.

Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee the end user's complete satisfaction, and a money-back guarantee if the end user is not satisfied with the first draft of their resume. To avail this, the end user must initiate a refund request through a written email within 48 hours of receiving the first draft. An investigation will then be carried out to ascertain the validity of the request. Only if the request is found genuine will we initiate the refund process, within the next 7 working days. If there is a delay in intimation from the end user, the refund shall not be processed as per this policy. A refund request will not be processed if you do not provide a written email with your concerns within 48 hours of resume delivery, if you decide to change your initial requirements for resume development, or if you are a repeat customer.

Your Rights & Content Ownership

You own all of the content, feedback, and personal information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to it. You promise to only provide information and content that you have the right to share, and that the information you provide will be truthful. As between you and Job Trends India, you own the content and information you submit or post to the Services, and you grant Job Trends India a worldwide, transferable, and sub-licensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process that information and content, without further consent, notice, or compensation. You agree that we may access, store, and use any information you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By submitting suggestions or other feedback, you agree that Job Trends India can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. You agree to only provide content or information that does not violate the law or anyone's rights, and that your profile information will be truthful. We may change, suspend, or end any Service, or change and modify prices prospectively, in our discretion. Job Trends India is not a storage service — you agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain, or provide a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law. When you see or use other users' content and information posted on our website, it is at your own risk; we are not responsible for third parties' content or information, or for any damages resulting from your use of or reliance on it. You are responsible for deciding if you want to access or use third-party apps or sites that link from our website. Third-party apps and sites have their own legal terms and privacy policies, and you may be granting others permission to use your information in ways we would not — Job Trends India is not responsible for these other sites and apps, and you use them at your own risk.

General

You understand that Job Trends India has the right at all times to disclose any information (including the identity of persons providing information or materials on the Site) as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or valid governmental request, including in connection with investigation of alleged illegal activity or in response to a lawful court order or subpoena. We can (and you hereby expressly authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials, in our sole discretion, in connection with investigation and/or resolution of possible crimes, especially those that may involve personal injury. It is possible that other users (including unauthorized users or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the Site, and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such material. It is also possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Site, and that a recipient may misuse such information. Job Trends India does not approve of such unauthorized uses, but by using the Site you acknowledge that Job Trends India is not responsible for the use of any personal information you publicly disclose or share with others on the Site — please carefully select the type of information you disclose. Job Trends India shall have all rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement in any DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) activity, whether intentional or unintentional, alone or through a group. Job Trends India reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor materials posted in public areas of the Site, and shall have the right to remove or edit any content that in its sole discretion violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or the spirit or letter of these terms. Notwithstanding this right, you remain solely responsible for the content of the materials you post in public areas of the Site and in your private messages. Content posted in public areas of the Site does not necessarily reflect the views of Job Trends India, and in no event shall Job Trends India assume or have any responsibility or liability for any content posted, or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of content and/or its appearance on the Site. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights in and to all content you provide, and that such content shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any libelous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information. Job Trends India reserves the right to change the pricing of any or all of its services as and when it deems necessary; such a change may not be communicated to the end user explicitly and shall only be visible through the website. Job Trends India shall have access to your job-related documents. These documents shall be retained in our databases post-delivery of services, but will not be shared with a third party without your consent unless required by law or government. You agree to indemnify Job Trends India in the event documents are leaked through an internet security breach. Job Trends India reserves the rights to developed resumes and other documents created by Job Trends India and shared with you; these developed documents may be retained in our databases post-delivery, will not be shared with a third party without your consent unless required by law or government, and may be used as samples for the website or other users, with names changed and private information protected.

Communication

You agree that we may use our websites, mobile apps, and email to provide you with important notices. This Agreement applies to mobile applications as well. You agree that certain additional information can be shared with us. If the contact information you provide isn't up to date, you may miss out on these notices. You agree that we may provide notices to you via a banner notice on the Service, an email sent to an address you provided, or through other means including mobile number, telephone, or mail. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

  • Violate the intellectual property or other rights of others, or of Job Trends India, including using the words "Job Trends India" or our logos in any business name, email, or URL without permission.
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; add Job Trends India to distribution lists without authorization; or send anything containing viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
  • Create profiles or provide content that promotes escort services or prostitution.
  • Copy or use others' information, content, or data except as expressly authorized, or use it in connection with a competitive service.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Job Trends India, the Services, or related technology, except as expressly authorized.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or related technology.
  • Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Job Trends India without our express consent.
  • Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell, or re-sell access to the Services, or sell, sponsor, or otherwise monetize a Job Trends India feature, without our consent.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on our Service.
  • Collect, use, copy, or transfer any information obtained from Job Trends India without our consent, or share or disclose others' information without their express consent.
  • Use manual or automated means to access, scrape, crawl, or spider the Services or related data.
  • Engage in framing, mirroring, or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services.
  • Override any security feature of the website or our delivery of Services.
  • Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the Services or website (for example, spam, denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or gaming algorithms).

Use of This Agreement

If a court with authority over this Agreement finds any part of it unenforceable, you and we agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent; if the court cannot do that, you and we agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Agreement. To the extent allowed by law, the English version of this Agreement is binding and other translations are for convenience only. This Agreement (including additional terms that may be provided when you engage with a feature of the Services) is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements for the Services. If we don't act to enforce a breach of this Agreement, that does not mean Job Trends India has waived its right to enforce it. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, or your membership or use of the Services, to anyone without our consent; however, Job Trends India may assign this Agreement to its affiliates or a party that acquires it without your consent. There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement. Job Trends India reserves the right to alter these terms as and when it deems necessary; such a change may not be communicated to the end user explicitly and shall only be visible through the website. If you do not agree to such changes, you must notify us and stop availing our services. In the unlikely event of a legal dispute, it will take place in the courts of Mumbai, India.

Your Rights Under Indian Law

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional processing (such as job alert emails) at any time. You can access, correct, or delete your profile information from your account settings, or contact our Grievance Officer below for a full export or deletion of your account and associated data.
