Job Trends India is a trust-first job board and career community for the Indian market. We're looking for a Content & Community Associate to help grow and moderate Career Adda, our Q&A community where job seekers ask career questions and experienced professionals answer them. What you'll do: - Seed, moderate, and grow discussions on Career Adda (our Quora-style career Q&A) - Recruit experienced professionals and Encore Experts to answer community questions - Monitor content quality, flag spam/scam reports, and keep the community trustworthy - Work with the founder on content strategy for the platform's blog and social channels Who you are: - Strong written English, comfortable writing and editing for an Indian audience - Genuinely interested in careers, hiring, and the Indian job market - Self-starter comfortable working in a very small, early-stage team This is an early role at a bootstrapped startup — you'll have real ownership over a core part of the product.
