Role Overview:

We’re seeking enthusiastic, fluent-English-speaking Telecallers who will play a vital role in reaching out to jobseekers and employers. Your goal will be to explain our services, guide users through our offerings, and support them in taking the next step in their job or hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential jobseekers and employers from our lead database.

• Clearly explain JobTrendsIndia's services (resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, Hoot Reviews, etc.).

• Answer queries professionally and convert interest into action (sign-ups, service bookings).

• Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.

• Follow up with leads and track conversations using basic tools like Excel/CRM (training provided).

• Provide feedback on common concerns or questions to improve service quality.

Who Can Apply:

• Fresh graduates, final-year students, homemakers, or professionals on a career break

• Prior telecalling, BPO, or customer interaction experience is a bonus but not mandatory

• Interns looking for exposure in career consulting or client-facing roles

• Fluency in English: You must speak clearly and confidently.
